Descrizione: The film shows real-life examples of utilizing gas kitchen utensils in different types of restaurant kitchens. The displayed equipment includes gas cookers positioned usually in the middle of the kitchen, coffee-makers, cookers of different sizes, gas ovens, roux-roasting facilities etc. All utensils are shortly introduced in operation. Among other locations, the film was shot on the premises of the Prague Alcron hotel and the Koruna automatic cafeteria.
